Damaged Products during shipping/delivery:

We strive to ensure the best quality and presentation of our products, but factors beyond our control, such as handling during shipping, can impact their condition.
Local delivery: If you receive an order that you believe has been damaged during delivery, please contact us at email@example.com with order details and images of the damage.
Golden horseshoe shipping: If you receive an order that you believe has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and provide us with any details of the damage including images and description of the issue.
Canada-wide shipping: If you receive an order that you believe has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at email@example.com with order details and images of the damage.
Refunds and shipping costs:
In the case of a whole or partial refund, please note that the cost of shipping for the original order will not be included in the refund.
Requesting an order cancellation: Orders that have not been processed or shipped yet may be eligible for cancellation. Cancellations will result in a refund of the order total, minus any processing fees incurred at the time of order placement.
Cancellation due to invalid shipping requests: Orders that cannot be shipped because of an address outside of our available shipping zones will result in an order cancellation. These orders will be refunded minus any processing fees incurred at the time of order placement.
Processing fees are charged to us by our payment processors and are no longer returned to us if an order refund is requested.
