Our coverage includes major cities like Toronto, Hamilton, and Niagara Falls, as well as surrounding regions within the Golden Horseshoe. We are proud to serve this vibrant area with our extensive selection of delicious, allergen-friendly products.

Unfortunately, orders that need to be refunded because we are unable to deliver to an unsupported address will be subject to order cancellation fees (link).
Orders for delivery within the Golden Horseshoe Shipping area have tiered shipping prices – $20 per order, $10 for orders over $50, and free shipping for orders over $125. Currently, all orders will be leaving the bakery on Wednesdays. Orders will leave our bakery and arrive at your location on the same day. More details in the F.A.Q. below.

A: For combined frozen and dry goods shipping within the Golden Horseshoe, we offer three convenient shipping teirs.
$20 per order, $10 per order for orders over $50, and free shipping for orders over $125.00.

Q: How long does golden horseshoe shipping take?
A. Orders placed for golden horseshoe shipping by end of day Friday, will go out the next Wednesday. Orders placed after end of day on Friday will go out the following Wednesday. Orders leave the bakery and are delivered on the same day.
Q: Can I track my shipment?
A: Any recipient with a residential address will be advised to opt-in to text communications with our delivery company. Recipients will receive text communications on driver arrivals and pictures for delivery when an item is not handed directly to a recipient.
Should you choose to opt-out of text communications with the delivery company, you acknowledge that this may result in the missing of important delivery information, such as expected driver arrival time. We strongly encourage customers to opt-in and not underestimate the risk of opting out.
Q: What happens if my package gets damaged during shipping?
A: If you receive an order that appears to have been damaged in transit please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Q: Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate changes to the delivery address once an order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It’s important to review and double-check the accuracy of the delivery address before finalizing your order to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Q: Do I have to be home to accept the delivery?
A: EDIT: Yes, To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure you can be home on your scheduled delivery day. It’s important to be available during the estimated delivery time to receive and sign for your package.
Q: Can I request a specific delivery time?
A: No. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, our shipping partner strives to deliver packages between 9 am and 8 pm.
Q: Can I order and have it sent to work?
A: Absolutely! You can have your order shipped to your workplace, provided that there is someone available to accept the delivery. However, please keep in mind that our products are shipped frozen, so it’s important to ensure that you have a suitable place to keep them cold once they arrive. Also, please consider our shipping partners 9 am – 8 pm delivery window when choosing where you would like your order delivered.
